The Ruger American Rifle Generation II is an evolutionary update to a proven bolt-action platform, designed to provide enhanced ergonomics and accuracy for hunters and enthusiasts. This model features a 20-inch medium contour, cold hammer-forged barrel with deep spiral fluting to reduce weight and improve balance without compromising stiffness. The barreled action is finished in a durable Gun Metal Gray Cerakote for superior weather resistance and is topped with a factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base.

The redesigned synthetic stock includes a gray splatter finish for improved grip and a modular design that allows for easy customization. It features a removable comb riser for perfect eye-to-optic alignment and an adjustable length of pull, which can be shortened from 13.75 inches to 12 inches by removing the installed spacer. For recoil management, the rifle is equipped with a soft rubber recoil pad and a factory-installed radial port muzzle brake on its 5/8"-24 threaded muzzle.
