The Springfield Armory Kuna™ is a high-performance, personal defense weapon (PDW) designed to deliver exceptional shooting stability in a compact and portable package. Built around a cutting-edge, roller-delayed operating system, this platform dramatically reduces felt recoil and enhances control, allowing for rapid and accurate follow-up shots.

Featuring a monolithic aluminum upper receiver for maximum durability and a lightweight polymer lower receiver, the Kuna is engineered for rugged reliability. This model comes chambered in .40 S&W and features a 6.125-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a Black Melonite finish, topped with a multi-port muzzle brake to mitigate muzzle rise. It includes a Strike Industries FSA side-folding brace attached to an integrated rear Picatinny rail end plate, offering superior stabilization when extended and a minimal profile when folded.

With an integral M-LOK handguard, a full-length top Picatinny rail, and built-in hybrid flip-up sights, this feature-rich platform is fully customizable for optics and accessories. Fully ambidextrous safety switches and a reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle ensure seamless engagement for both left- and right-handed shooters.
